One: Register
If you've never ordered from our website you will need to Register. You can create your own Calling Now account by clicking on the "Register Here" link in the Log In box. Enter your details in the "Customer Sign Up" section.
You will receive a text message informing you that your account has been opened and is active.
Two: Choose your Phonecard, Top Up, Product or Service
Once your Calling Now account is active you can now order!
Whatever your needs we have a phone card or other service that suits your call habits.

Three: Make your Payment
We accept payment by debit and credit card at NO extra charge.
Our online payment system is powered by HSBC secure e-payments. For added security we do not keep a record of your payment details. You will be asked for your debit / credit card details every time you make an order.
Please ensure you enter your details correctly including the C V V number.
Four: Receive your Pin(s), Top Up(s) or Product
Once your payment has been succesful we will send your pins or load via text and / or email within 5 minutes!
If you have not received your pin within the allotted time please check your junk or bulk folder as our email may have been automatically filtered. If this is the case please add our email address to your address book.
Globe and Smart e-loads will be processed via pc2mobile system straight to your nominated roaming or Philippine number during our regular office hours.
Every pin that you purchase will be sent to your registered email - So you’ll never loose a pin number again!
Products such as Sims and Plug n Talk Units will be sent via Royal Mail please refer to their delivery times and conditions.
